All standard US orders receive free shipping.

Custom and bulk ordering may have additional shipping fees on a per order basis.

Returns

Returns for unused or defective items can be requested within 15 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of a natural wood product, returns will be considered on a per event basis. Most standard returns can be accommodated provided the item is undamaged in it’s original condition.

Returns must be send back by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
